OUR MISSION
We connect climate conscious travellers with climate friendly travel organisations. Our aim is to create world’s first truly climate friendly travel club where members benefit from staying and travelling with genuinely environmentally friendly organisations, whilst contributing to our efforts to support a variety of climate friendly initiatives. As a social enterprise, we use 25% of all profits to directly support climate friendly initiatives for some of the least developed nations on earth.

OUR CHALLENGE
The benefits of tourism are well established. As the global travel and tourism has grown throughout the past century, the industry has become one of the major contributor to economies, trade, job creation and human development.
But at the same time, this growth has brought some of the undesired side effects – the most significant being Climate Change. The contribution of tourism industry to green house gas emissions – from less than 5% of total global CO2 at the turn of the century, to 8 – 10% today, is projected to be more than 20% by 2050. Recognizing the challenge, our team came together to find an answer to the question: How to deliver better and fairer tourism in a climate-friendly way?
OUR BELIEF
We are unconvinced by those who place the burden of climate change on travellers themselves and develop clever marketing schemes to sell compensation. We would rather reward those who are genuinely concerned about the Climate Crisis and are creating programs to do this.
WE HAVE FOUND A BETTER SOLUTION
What if travellers could effectively compensate for their emissions and directly contribute to a climate-friendly travel solution rather than offset them…and directly benefit from their contribution rather than losing their money?
We invite climate-conscious travellers to compensate for their air travel by supporting climate justice and championing sustainable aviation fuel rather than offsetting their emissions. Our members will effectively pioneer the only viable solution to sustainable aviation available today whilst getting travel and vacation benefits.
OUR MOTIVATION
We are starting as a club for youth, because we believe that you will have to deal with greatest challenges from the escalating climate crisis in the future. We believe that you will want to travel to popular vacation places and also to the LDCs and SIDS that will face the most severe challenges due to climate change. These destinations did so little to create the Code Red Crisis, but are the most exposed. That’s why we are keeping membership fees affordable and reinvesting in education and capacity-building programs in LDCs and SIDS. Join us to make a real impact.
The Club will help you to enjoy your stays at climate-friendly hotels at a discounted price, and at the same time assist the most vulnerable destinations with our various initiatives to support LDCs and SIDS. We have already negotiated discounts at Climate Friendly Travel committed hotels around the world and this list grows every week. One of the problem that people face while seeking for climate friendly travel is lack of information on eco-friendly hotels, which the Club aims to solve.
Furthermore, we have teamed up with Balance – a new transparent tree planting program designed to avoid all of the weaknesses of traditional carbon offsets. We are exploring similar programs that allow you to save your money to use for Climate Friendly options in LDC and SIDS destinations.
WE CHAMPION CLIMATE JUSTICE
With our soon to be launched Carbon Compensator tool, we will help travellers to understand their aviation carbon emissions and rather than waste their money on offsets, we will use that money to fund our climate friendly initiatives so that destinations in the LDC’s and SIDS nations can benefit directly from a new form of climate justice.

WE GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK!
For every penny used towards carbon compensation, unlike carbon offset schemes, we give our members their money back in the form of travel points to be used towards travel and accommodation with our climate friendly travel partners. Its a virtuous circle where everyone benefits.
