This traditional style villa was built just 15 years ago to the highest environmental standards. Experience all the comforts of staying in an eco-home with underfloor cooling in the summer/heating in the winter, organic toiletries and a digital guide to help you discover how much this authentic and undiscovered area of central Italy has to offer. All guests receive a Welcome Food Pack of a bottle of Casale Vitali wine from the vineyards on our land, olive oil from our trees and other local specialities.
The villa is set in 19 acres of vineyards and farmland including a 2-acre garden which has been transformed by your host, Roberto, a plantsman and award-winning landscaper. He has also created an organic kitchen garden with plenty of seasonal produce to be shared with guests.
The neighbouring Vitali family cultivate the vines on the villa’s surrounding land. You are welcome to walk through the vineyards and enjoy a tasting of the award-winning wines accompanied by local food.
Your private apartment takes over the whole ground floor of the villa with a large terrace as well as the shady loggia for alfresco dining. The chlorine-free pool with its panoramic views is run by a copper ionisation system and is for your exclusive use (open from May to September weather permitting).
Your hosts, Nikki and Roberto, live discreetly on the top floor in a totally independent apartment and act as your concierge. They are always on hand to assist you if needed, such as booking restaurants and suggesting places to visit. Roberto manages the grounds and the organic kitchen garden and cleans the pool early every morning for your private use.
The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably. A great place for a group of friends looking for an active holiday hiking in the mountains, cycling and watersports. It’s just as perfect a choice for families with all the amenities needed for children, toddlers and babies with the fully-fenced pool and garden, nature guide and outdoor games.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms and one family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare the most delicious meals using organic produce from the villa’s kitchen garden, fruit from the trees and fresh food from the many local producers nearby. You have the choice of a large dining table or eating alfresco in the shady loggia. Le Marche is often referred to ‘as the larder of Italy’ and there is a large selection of restaurants from authentic pizzerias, seafood restaurants in the beach clubs on the coast to fine dining experiences. Not to mention the many welcoming gelaterias, cafes, bars and food festivals which take place in nearly every local medieval village.
The villa is conveniently situated in the southern rolling hills in the most beautiful part of Le Marche, 25 minutes to the blue flag beaches of the Adriatic coast and 40 minutes to the Sibillini Mountains National Park.
