Awen Tree House, located within an 8000 m2 garden of a farmhouse, is a wooden house raised about three meters off the ground; the terrace overlooks about five meters on the lake which attracts some species of fauna and wild birds, including protected ones.
Awen Tree House, built in FSC wood and according to green building techniques, has thermo-acoustic insulation in hemp fibre. This natural material is resistant to mold and insects, guaranteeing healthier environments; it is fire resistant; it is light, totally recyclable and biodegradable but above all it is a “carbon negative” material that synthesizes carbon, reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and reducing polluting emissions.
