Jaya House River Park
Peacefully located alongside the Siem Reap River, surrounded by fully grown trees, is a hidden gem. A small hotel with only 36 rooms, two swimming pools, a Spa and an all-day-dining restaurant. The hotel is located about a 6-minute tuk-tuk journey from town in the direction of the magnificent temples of Angkor Wat. Each of our 36 rooms has either a balcony or direct garden & pool access.
Our hotel is stepping forward as a global leader working on solutions that address the root causes of plastic waste and pollution.
Since Jaya House River Park has been #Singleuseplastic free since December 2016, we are aiming to assist and support hotels that are embarking on this process of becoming #plasticfree under the guidance of the UNWTO, WTO and the Ellen MacArthur Foundations.
In addition to the commitment to the objectives of the Global Tourism Plastics Initiative, signatories we are also aiming to:
- Lead by example, driving action internally, sharing knowledge, and catalyzing collaborative action throughout the sector.
• Create awareness on the need for the tourism sector to take action and its role as an agent of change.
We have total a of 36 rooms containing 18 Deluxe King , 08 Deluxe Twin, 06 Junior Suite King and 04 Junior Plunge Pool Suite .
Deluxe King – With 38 square metres, our Deluxe Rooms have been designed to provide a relaxing space while you admire a beautiful view of the pool or the tropical (hanging) gardens. Your Deluxe Room includes a King Size bed with comfortable pillow-top mattresses and premium bedding and linen.

Junior Suite King- The spacious Junior Suites are designed with a nod to the contemporary, and include a range of amenities and facilities that meet the needs of every one of our guests, either on leisure or business. A separate living area provides added comfort and convenience.
